ZBL-C310A NDT concrete rebar corrosion tester detector 0,1mV accuracy
The C310A provides the ability to examine the corrosion potential and to locate active corrosion in rebar in building structures. The procedure is virtually non-destructive and is performed by carrying out a grid based measurement.
The C310A Rebar Corrosion Detector is a specialized apparatus designed according to the electrochemical testing method (natural potential method). C310A tests the potential of concrete surfaces by a Cu/CuSO4 reference electrode, and determines the level of rebar corrosion.
Features:
l Based on natural potential method and potential gradient method (two methods), ZBL-C310A can detect corrosion range and corrosion distribution of rebar in building structures, and foresee and prevent great accidents.
l Automatic storage option is available in instrument.
l Data transfer to USB-thumb drive is available.
l It can generate rebar corrosion potential contour graph.
l Software provided for data processing of corrosion potential data is very user-friendly.
l Generate final analysis report
